Google Classroom & Aeries Integration
Overview You can use Aeries to create your Google Classrooms for you and have Aeries automatically roster your students into those classrooms for you. Aeries will run an update nightly with Google to keep your Google Classroom roster up-to-date. You can also push grade book scores from Google Classroom into Aeries. Any scores that are edited or changed in Aeries will not be synced back into Google Classroom. To get started, please watch Aeries' official video overview of the subject here: https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000072038-gradebook-and-google-classroom-video What if I have existing students already in my Classroom? All students will remain in your class and will not lose any existing work. Any new students added to your class will be automatically imported into your Google classroom, no more getting the code out to students and having them join one by one. If a student is no longer rostered in your class in Aeries, they will not be removed from the Google Classroom automatically, you will have to remove them manually from your Google Classroom. The Google Classroom sync only adds students who are missing and does not remove students. Creating or linking a classroom To create or link a Google Classroom for your section, find the class summary section of your Aeries dashboard and click "Add Website" next to the particular section: From there, you may create a new Google Classroom (if you do not already have one) or link an existing classroom: Unlinking a classroom If you no longer wish to have Aeries synchronize with your Google Classroom, you can unlink the two. You may do this if you used Aeries to populate your class roster but don't want it synchronizing grades. To unlink a classroom, click the edit icon under "Website" in your class summary table and then click "Un-Link": Importing Assignments from Google Classroom to Aeries Create assignments in Aeries Gradebook as normal. Create assignments with the same name and amount of points in Google Classroom. Grade assignments in Google Classroom and return to students. Log into Aeries Gradebook, Open the Assignment you want to import grades for and select Import from Google. Select the class in Google Classroom and match the assignment to the one you want to import from Google. Click Confirm. Troubleshooting if link button not present Make sure teacher is in Classroom_Teachers group in Google Admin Make sure email/google account in Aeries matches actual Google Account

McGraw-Hill - Back to school - How to access content (ConnectEd & Open Learning Platform)
Teachers and students should be automatically assigned content based on the SIS sections that they are in. If you do have a section that should be connected to McGraw-Hill Content, you should have a McGraw-Hill SSO link in your Clever portal. If you do not see this link, you either aren't in a section that is currently mapped to content, or the district has purchased new content that has not been mapped yet. If you think you should have access to online curriculum that you are not seeing from the Clever dashboard, please fill out this service request. If you do have access to the portal, you should see your content available to you. You should NOT have to manually create accounts, passwords, or sections for yourself or your students. Please watch the video in the following help article from McGraw-Hill for more details on accessing your curriculum: Back-to-School Teacher Orientation Video for Auto-Rostering Districts. Students may not be populated and given access to courses anywhere from in the above link, McGraw-Hill states that students will not have access until 3 days before the start of school, but McGraw-Hill support has stated that it's not granted until the first day of school. If you're students don't have access on/after the first day of school, please submit the above linked service request.
