Adobe Acrobat is asking me for a serial number
The Problem When trying to open Adobe Acrobat, after a successful sign in with your Company/School account, you are asked for a serial number. Solution You can confirm that you have an active license by attempting to open another program in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite such as Photoshop or by signing in at adobe.com and seeing if it shows you as having access to the suite of products. You can confirm that you have an active Adobe Creative Cloud license by checking to see if you are able to install applications from the Adobe Creative Cloud App. 1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application. If you are not already signed in, sign in. If prompted, select "Sign in with a Company/School Account". 2. In the list of available apps, you should see the option to "Install". If you see the option to install, you should have an Adobe license assigned to your account. If you do not see the option to install apps, you may not have a license installed, in that case, please request an Adobe CC license here. 3. Locate Acrobat DC in the list of installed apps, click the "..." to the right and select "Uninstall". 4. After Installation is completed, find Acrobat DC in the list of available applications to install and select Install. 5. After installation is complete, attempt to open Acrobat DC. You should hopefully no longer be prompted to enter a serial number and should have fully licensed access to the application. If you are still having issues after following these steps, please submit a ticket and we'll assist you as soon as we're able.

Cengage/NGL - Students can't access course, receiving HTTP Error 500
Problem Students are able to sign into NGL and see their content listed as shown below, but when clicking the "Launch Course" button they receive an HTTP ERROR 500. Solution The above behavior is expected if the teacher hasn't opened the course for that class in the new school year or new semester. The teacher must first sign in to NGL and activate the courses before students can launch their course. Activating the courses is simply done by launching each course as a teacher. Once that is done your students should stop receiving the above error and will be able to access their materials.
