Modified on: Mon, Oct 10 2022 8:01 AM

If you want to connect your Surface Pro to your Wireless Display Adapter you have to do a few things:

2. Ensure you are on the HDMI setting on your projector (Your remote should have the “HDMI”, “Video”, or “Source Search” options. Source Search should auto select HDMI, if not you will have manually switch to HDMI)

2. Then on your Surface Pro use the shortcut “Windows Key + K'' a menu will pop up, you should see this.

3. A menu will pop up and you should see UPV (Your Classroom #) 001 or 002An example being “UPV138001” or “UPV138002”.

Click on the appropriate Display Adapter.

4. Once you click on your display adapter there will be a one-time-use pin on your projector screen. Typing this pin into your Surface Pro, your Surface Pro will connect to it wirelessly.

You’re all set!

This is to connect your Surface Pro or Laptop to your projector wirelessly. This will not to connect your Computer to your projector wirelessly. If you want to change back to your Computer just click on the Computer button on your projector remote. If that doesn't work click on Source Search or Video.
