How to Upload Pictures into Aeries 

(Only works if the site uses the student ID number for student accounts)

1. Locate file containing student pictures (Should be digital file or on a CD)
2. Open the file and verify that there are only student pictures present (must be in the root folder) 
   1. Remove any teacher pictures and any other file types other than image files
3. Select all student pictures at once – right click to “Send to Compressed Zip Folder”
   1. Rename the file if necessary
4. Log in to Aeries for the correct site
5. Type “Mass Add” in the “Filter Pages…” field on the right side of the screen
   1. Select “Mass Add Pictures”
6. Make sure that the “Student Pictures” radio button is selected if uploading student pictures
7. Select the “Upload Zip Files” radio button
8. Click on the “Select Files to Upload” button
9. Select the previously saved zip file that contains the student pictures
10. Click on the “Upload/Update Pictures” button
11. If successful you will see a confirmation message stating that the upload has completed
12. Log out if complete.
