How to Mass Add Pictures Into Aeries
How to Upload Pictures into Aeries (Only works if the site uses the student ID number for student accounts) Locate file containing student pictures (Should be digital file or on a CD) Open the file and verify that there are only student pictures present (must be in the root folder) Remove any teacher pictures and any other file types other than image files Select all student pictures at once – right click to “Send to Compressed Zip Folder” Rename the file if necessary Log in to Aeries for the correct site Type “Mass Add” in the “Filter Pages…” field on the right side of the screen Select “Mass Add Pictures” Make sure that the “Student Pictures” radio button is selected if uploading student pictures Select the “Upload Zip Files” radio button Click on the “Select Files to Upload” button Select the previously saved zip file that contains the student pictures Click on the “Upload/Update Pictures” button If successful you will see a confirmation message stating that the upload has completed Log out if complete.

Student unable to sign into Aeries from Clever Modified on: Thu, May 5 2022 4:20 PM A couple of notes about the Aeries link from the Clever dashboard: Students set their own Aeries password - it is not the password set by the district. Students can change their Aeries password at any time from the Aeries login page. The Clever dashboard link for Aeries is a "Saved Password" link. Students can update this password if the saved password doesn't work. If a student is unable to sign into Aeries from the Clever portal: Attempt to sign in with the username/password on the Aeries login page. If the password doesn't work, click the Forgot Password? link on the sign in page. Follow the steps for resetting your Aeries password, it will send a link to reset the password to the student's district email address. Student accounts should be created automatically, but if you do not have an active account, you will have to "Create New Account" - You will likely need to reach out to your office to get your verification number to complete account registration. After resetting the password, confirm that you can sign into Aeries with it from the Aeries login page. After confirming that the new password works, update the Aeries Saved Password link in Clever. You can do this by clicking on the Aeries link in Clever, and letting the first attempt fail. Don't click anything for 5-10 seconds while it attempts to log you in and let it kick you back to the credential update screen. After updating the credentials click Update & Log in and you should be all set!
