Student unable to sign into Aeries from Clever
A couple of notes about the Aeries link from the Clever dashboard:
- Students set their own Aeries password - it is not the password set by the district.
- Students can change their Aeries password at any time from the Aeries login page.
- The Clever dashboard link for Aeries is a "Saved Password" link. Students can update this password if the saved password doesn't work.
If a student is unable to sign into Aeries from the Clever portal:
Attempt to sign in with the username/password on the Aeries login page.
If the password doesn't work, click the Forgot Password? link on the sign in page.
Follow the steps for resetting your Aeries password, it will send a link to reset the password to the student's district email address.
Student accounts should be created automatically, but if you do not have an active account, you will have to "Create New Account" - You will likely need to reach out to your office to get your verification number to complete account registration.
After resetting the password, confirm that you can sign into Aeries with it from the Aeries login page.
After confirming that the new password works, update the Aeries Saved Password link in Clever.
You can do this by clicking on the Aeries link in Clever, and letting the first attempt fail. Don't click anything for 5-10 seconds while it attempts to log you in and let it kick you back to the credential update screen.
After updating the credentials click Update & Log in and you should be all set!
